California Bulldogs provides youth baseball teams for ages 10 through 14. Our program is built on the basics and fundamentals of the game, with an emphasis on proper baseball mechanics, skill development, and a love for baseball.

Each year, the California Bulldogs 12U team travels to Cooperstown for an unforgettable experience. Players not only compete against teams from across the country, but also live the dream of baseball in one of the most iconic places in the game—a true trip of a lifetime.

California Bulldogs 15U–18U teams are dedicated to developing players for the next level. Our program emphasizes advanced skill development, exposure, and recruiting opportunities through competitive tournaments and individual showcases. We work closely with recruiting organizations to ensure our athletes are seen by the right college coaches.

Our mission is to create a positive and structured environment where players can pursue their goals of playing college and professional baseball.
We build our program around three core principles: Poise, Freedom, and Focus. Players learn to compete with confidence and composure (Poise), trust their training and play instinctively (Freedom), and develop strong attention to detail in every aspect of the game (Focus).
As a college development program, we use local tournaments as valuable learning opportunities—what we call “live practice” and “game-speed” training. These experiences teach players how to follow the ball, think the game, and make real-time adjustments in competitive situations.
Beyond physical skills, we emphasize personal growth. Players are encouraged to compete at a high level, take accountability for their actions, and develop discipline and high expectations for themselves both on and off the field.
Our goal is not just to develop better baseball players, but to help young athletes grow into confident, responsible individuals prepared for the next level.
